Who We Are
Founded in 1999 when Pennsylvania had 31 charter public schools, the Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools (PCPCS) has grown to more than 117 school members, 45 associate members, and 10 future school members.
PCPCS is Pennsylvania's sole school based charter school organization. The organization strives to represent its members at every level of government: federal, state, county and local municipality.
Currently, PCPCS provides services to its members in marketing and publicity, advocacy, networked technical support and communications. As the membership grows PCPCS plans a continued expansion into a robust future of membership services and communication and the provision of reasonable educational services.
