Job Description:
Graystone Academy is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as Principal at a K-8 school of approximately 500 students located in Western Chester County. The Principal shall have overall responsibility for Academic Leadership, Curriculum, Instruction, Student Discipline and Professional Development. The Principal will supervise all Educational Staff including the Assistant Principal, Dean of Students, Teachers, Instructional Aides, Guidance Counselors, and Social Worker. The Principal must have outstanding communication skills including both written and oral communication. Must have the ability to work well in a team and enhance cooperative working relationships.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education
- PA Principal Certification
- Minimum of five years of Principal experience
- Strong management and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and enhance cooperative working relationships
- Experience working in Charter Schools
